0kzz Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 Introduction & Acceptance

0kzz (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "0kzz") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 0kzz. By accessing or using the 0kzz website, mobile app, or any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is only allowed one account per person. If 0kzz identifies multiple accounts created by the same individual or household, all associated accounts will be terminated and all balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Incorrect details may cause verification issues and account suspension. Required information includes:

4 User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

By using the 0kzz platform, you agree to refrain from the following activities:

• Operating your account through fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful means.
• Bonus abuse or gaining unfair advantages through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing or threatening other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.

5 Payments & Transactions

5.1 Deposits

Deposits at 0kzz are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (Five Hundred). Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly; however, in some cases banking processing times may take up to 30 minutes.

5.2 Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount BDT 1,000 (One Thousand). Withdrawal requests are typically Within 24 Hours processed, though additional time may be required if KYC verification is incomplete. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be limited on unverified accounts.

5.3 Currency

0kzz supports transactions in multiple currencies, including Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For foreign currency conversions, the prevailing market exchange rate will apply and a small conversion fee may be deducted.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

0kzz offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific conditions that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A Welcome Bonus is available on the first deposit for new members. To withdraw this bonus, a turnover of Minimum 20x must be turned over within the specified time limit.

6.2 Free Bets & Cashback

• Free bets can only be used on specific events or games.
• Specific wagering requirements apply to cashback bonuses.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn from the bonus balance — withdrawal is only possible once the turnover requirement is met.

6.3 Referral Bonus

To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must open a valid account and make the required deposit. Any fraudulent referrals or attempts to claim a referral bonus through multiple accounts belonging to the same person will be considered void.

7 Betting Rules

0kzz offers Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and a range of other gaming services. Each category has its own set of rules.

7.1 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the match is cancelled or postponed.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time — the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed will apply.
• If a match is cancelled, bets will be automatically refunded.
• Any bet not accepted due to a technical issue will be considered void.

7.2 Casino Games

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by User

You may close your 0kzz account at any time. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are settled before closing your account. Any remaining balance will be refunded upon closure; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

8.2 Suspension or Termination by 0kzz

0kzz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons:

• Exploiting unintended technical advantages.
• Directions from law enforcement authorities.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Consecutive 12 Months Accounts with no activity will be marked as inactive and a monthly maintenance fee may apply.

0kzz believes gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. However, for some individuals it can develop into an addiction. For this reason, we provide several responsible gaming tools:

• Session Time Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Put your account on a break for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently and completely exclude yourself from the platform.
